The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM to 11 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 285, including Canby, Alturas, and Adin, and areas of the Warner Mountains. * WIND...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
