* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 12 feet with dangerous rip
currents. Surf highest across northwest and west facing
beaches.

* WHERE...San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara
County Central Coast Beaches.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Rip
currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Large
breaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches and
rocks, and capsize small boats near shore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions, or stay
near occupied lifeguard towers. Rock jetties can be deadly in
such conditions, stay off the rocks.

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
combined seas 12 to 17 ft expected when conditions are worst.

* WHERE...Point Piedras Blancas to Point Sal westward out to 10
NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon PDT today. For
the Gale Warning, from noon today to 9 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
which could capsize or damage small and large vessels.
