* WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains and San Gorgonio Pass near
Banning.

* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening.
For the second Wind Advisory, from 5 AM to 8 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds on Friday will be on the
foothills of the San Bernardino mountains through the Cajon Pass
and below the San Gorgonio Pass into the Inland Empire.
