...THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS MONDAY
MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON....

A deep low pressure system with an associated cold front will move
over the coastal waters Monday morning into Tuesday afternoon.
This system will bring a 20 to 40 percent chance of thunderstorms
across the coastal waters.

Any thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing locally
gale force winds and rough seas, dangerous lightning, heavy
rainfall with reduced visibility, small hail, and waterspouts.
