* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southern California, including the following
county, San Bernardino.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 157 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated rain continuing in the
Morongo Basin. Minor flooding remains possible.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley, Twentynine Palms Base, Joshua
Tree Lake Campground, Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms Airport
and Morongo Valley.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1244 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Seco, Arroyo.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Desert Center, Chiriaco Summit and Eagle Mtn.
