The National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard has issued a Red Flag Warning for gusty northeast winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM Monday to 10 PM PST Tuesday. * WINDS...Northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph, strongest along from Interstate 210 corridor to the foothills Monday night and Tuesday morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum 5 to 10 percent. * IMPACTS...If fire ignition occurs, conditions are favorable for extreme fire behavior and rapid fire growth, which would threaten life and property.
