IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Significant debris flows and landslides. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... mainly rural areas of Eastern Los Angeles County including Southwestern portions of the Bridge Burn Scar.
