...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected due to the combination of high tides and elevated surf. * WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas. * WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding and minor coastal erosion expected during high tides. Additionally, elevated surf will lead to strong rip currents. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated surf of 2-4 feet on south and southwest-beaches. Morning high tides are expected to peak between 6.9 and 7.1 feet between 11 AM and noon on Wednesday. These tide predictions have been corrected to reflect current trends in observed tide observations. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. &&
