For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday morning through Monday evening. * WINDS...West to southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph on Sunday and west to northwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph on Monday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging 9 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are ongoing will have the potential to spread rapidly.
