* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...South Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1115 AM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 811 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Bailey Wash, Moras Wash, Las, San Luis Wash, Placeritos Wash,
Sabino Wash, Sikul Himatk Wash, Chutum Vaya Wash, Alambre Wash,
Thomas Canyon Wash, Ali Molina Wash, Puertocito Wash, Baboquivari
Wash, San Vicente Wash, Gu Oidak Wash, Pan Wash, Ko Vaya Wash,
Solano Wash, Big Wash, San Juan Wash, Comobabi Wash, Vamori Wash,
Sells Wash, Fresnal Wash, Altar Wash, Fresno Wash, Mulberry Wash,
Murk Kui Wash, Chukut Kuk Wash, Topawa Wash, Pan Tak Wash and
Anegan Wash. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Canyon and Artesia.
- This includes Route 86 between mile markers 102 and 130.

The National Weather Service in Tucson has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 830 AM MST.

* At 638 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The AZGFD3 and Diamond Bell
Ranch alert gauges have recorded 1.65 and 1.57 with more storms
moving into the area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Three Points, Tucson Estates, Tucson Mountain Park and Ryan
AirField.

This includes the following highways...
Route 86 between mile markers 146 and 160. Route 286 between mile
markers 25 and 45.
