For the second Wind Advisory, from 8 AM MST /9 AM MDT/ to 8 PM MST /9 PM MDT/ Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
