For the second Wind Advisory, from 11 AM MST /noon MDT/ to 7 PM MST /8 PM MDT/ Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust will lead to reduced visibilities, resulting in hazardous driving conditions at times.
