For the second Wind Advisory, west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Little Colorado River Valley in Apache County and White Mountains. * WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, from 6 AM MST /7 AM MDT/ this morning to 6 PM MST /7 PM MDT/ this evening. For the second Wind Advisory, from 11 AM MST /noon MDT/ to 7 PM MST /8 PM MDT/ Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Secure loose outdoor objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind.
