Southeastern Greenlee County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 845 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clifton, Morenci, York, Guthrie and Three Way. - This includes the following highways... Route 78 between mile markers 155 and 172. Route 191 between mile markers 104 and 109...and between mile markers 131 and 165. Route 75 between mile markers 385 and 398. Route 70 between mile markers 350 and 371.
