below in dense fog. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 23 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, southeast, and southwest
Arkansas.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM CST Saturday. For
the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
