For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST Sunday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Sunday to noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
