* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following
counties, Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington AR and Oklahoma,
including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Delaware and
Mayes.

* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 640 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
due to showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between
0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
