* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following
counties, Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington AR and northeast
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Craig, Delaware,
Nowata and Ottawa.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Training of showers and thunderstorms over portions of
northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas late tonight
through tomorrow morning could lead to rainfall amounts of 2
to 4 inches with locally higher amounts of 4 to 6 inches
possible in the watch area.
