For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 19 expected. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this morning.
