NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ouachita River at Camden.

* WHEN...From Friday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Sandy Beach Park and portions of the
Riverwalk area off of Washington Street are inundated. State
Highway 7 off 79B becomes inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.0
feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then rise to 28.0 feet
early Saturday afternoon. Additional rises are possible
thereafter.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast and southwest Arkansas, including
the following counties, in southeast Arkansas, Bradley, Cleveland,
Desha, Drew and Lincoln. In southwest Arkansas, Calhoun, Clark,
Dallas, Ouachita and Pike.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to affect the area
between Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning. Rainfall
amounts from one to two inches are forecast, with locally
higher amounts possible.
