* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Columbia, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller,
Nevada, Sevier and Union, Louisiana, including the following
parishes, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Claiborne, De Soto,
Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red
River, Sabine, Union, Webster and Winn, southeast Oklahoma,
including the following county, McCurtain, and Texas, including
the following counties, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee,
Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola,
Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus,
