...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST SUNDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow and sleet expected through Sunday afternoon. North of Interstate 40, additional accumulations between 4 and 8 inches, locally up to 10 inches. Blowing and drifting snow may occur. South of Interstate 40, a mixture of snow and sleet will occur, with additional accumulation of 1 to 6 inches. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma. * WHEN...Until 3 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Dangerous to near impossible travel conditions are expected areawide, with impacts likely to continue into next week given the forecasted snow and sleet amounts.
