* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Low lying cultivated land and pastures in
Lawrence, Jackson, and Independence counties flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Thursday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of
17.0 feet Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
