...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING... ...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Alabama, including the following county, Franklin AL. * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 503 PM CDT, observations still support the threat of flooding in and around the Russellville area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
