cold wind chills as low as 23 expected.

* WHERE...In Alabama, Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Mobile
Central, and Mobile Coastal Counties. In Florida, Escambia
Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa
Rosa Coastal, and Santa Rosa Inland Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM CST
Tuesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight
Tuesday Night to 9 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.
