counties, Barbour, Bullock, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery, Pike
and Russell.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
