Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of Hurricane Isaias will continue to move through the area this morning, with additional redevelopment this afternoon and evening.
