Low-lying roads on the west side of the river will begin flooding. County Road 34 remains open. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 25.5 feet early Thursday afternoon. Portions of State Highway 114 east of the river becomes covered by water.
