This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Alabaster, Pelham, Helena, Calera, Chelsea, Montevallo, Columbiana, Wilsonville, Indian Springs Village, Lake View, Vance, Woodstock, West Blocton, Wilton, Maylene and American Village.
