for most of the region. Temperatures will be slightly warmer near
large sources of water.

* WHERE...All counties in northern Alabama.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Sub-freezing temperatures could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will remain elevated with this
particular freeze event, reducing the risk for frost development.
However, wind chill values will drop into the mid-upper teens
early Monday morning.
