low as 20 possible.

* WHERE...Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay,
Cleburne, Coosa, Etowah, Fayette, Jefferson, Lamar, Marion,
Pickens, Randolph, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, Tallapoosa,
Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston Counties.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM CST Monday. For
the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
