Winds gusting 40 to 60 mph. * WHERE...Whittier. * WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one quarter mile or less due to blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Snow drifting is likely. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero are expected by Wednesday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibilities are likely.
