Locally stronger winds around 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are possible across higher elevations. * WHERE...Central and Eastern Interior north and east of Fairbanks, and the Upper Tanana Valley. * WHEN...Until 10 PM AKDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As a cold front brings scattered to widespread rain showers across the Interior Tuesday through Wednesday, winds Tuesday night out of the west. Winds are expected to peak throughout the day Wednesday, before gradually subsiding Wednesday night. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
