Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta and Western Capes. * WHEN...Until 5 AM AKST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one quarter mile or less due to blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As falling snow tapers off, gusty winds will continue to loft snow on the ground and significantly reduce visibilities to less than a quarter mile at times through Saturday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibilities are likely.
