* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 20 to 30 below zero
expected.

* WHERE...NW Kenai Peninsula.

* WHEN...From 8 PM Friday to noon AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold temperatures as low as 30 below
zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these
temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
