...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKST TODAY... * WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations less than 1 inch. Northeasterly winds gusting 15 to 30 mph. * WHERE...Western Kenai Peninsula from Nikiski to Anchor Point. * WHEN...Until noon AKST today. * IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less at times. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions will be areas closest to Cook Inlet, including the Sterling Highway corridor from Anchor Point to Clam Gulch, Kalifornsky Beach Road, and Kenai north to Nikiski. Snow will taper off through the morning hours, but persistent gusty winds will still blow the light and fluffy snow around. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
