Visibility will improve late Monday with the arrival of clouds and warmer temperatures from the southeast. * WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST this evening. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Clear skies, calm winds, and consistent temperatures at or below 40 below zero will allow the layer of ice fog near Fairbanks to continue to grow.
