* WHERE...Fairbanks Metro Area.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Clear skies, calm winds, and consistent
temperatures at or below 40 below zero will allow the layer of ice
fog near Fairbanks to continue to grow. Approaching clouds from the
southeast may provide a brief period of improved conditions
overnight Monday into Tuesday.
