Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds look to be between 7 pm and 10 pm and mainly for the southern Prince of Wales Island, Annette Island. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... People are urged to secure vessels and loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind.
