...GULF LOW WILL BRING UNSEASONABLY STRONG WINDS TO PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND... Unseasonably gusty winds will develop late Saturday in response to a storm system moving northward through the Gulf of Alaska. Strong, gusty winds are expected to move into Prince William Sound and along the northern Gulf Coast by late Saturday afternoon with strong winds lingering through Sunday. The strongest winds will remain over the northern Gulf waters but gusty winds are expected to work into the immediate coastal areas, including Cordova. Gusty winds are also anticipated along Passage Canal and Whittier. ** Please use caution if driving or towing a high profile vehicle, or if planning any outdoor activities with easily lofted objects. Expected wind gusts Saturday afternoon through Sunday: Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph Gusts of 30 to 45 mph
