Bay Coast, and Western Capes.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A complex weather system continues moving
through the region the rest of today into Saturday. Snowfall will
transition to freezing rain by this evening. Temperatures warm
above freezing by Saturday morning, transitioning freezing rain to
