* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Northern Copper Valley and Tok Cutoff, including Paxson
and Mentasta Pass.

* WHEN...From 8 PM Friday to 11 AM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...North to northeast winds gusting 25 to 40 mph
will develop this afternoon and evening, then persist through
Saturday morning before slowly diminishing. Temperatures will
steadily fall, leading to dangerous wind chills Friday night into
Saturday morning. Winds will die down Saturday through Sunday, but
air temperatures will remain below zero for the remainder of the
weekend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
