In North Central WY...Hot Springs...Park...Washakie. * WIND: Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph today and Saturday, southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph Thursday and Friday. * HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent. * TEMPERATURES: Highs in 70s today, the upper 70s to lower 80s Thursday through Saturday.
