* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 22 to 29 below zero
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
