For the Gale Warning, west winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected. * WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Port Washington. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM CST this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
