For the first Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, west winds 20 to 30 kt and waves 4 to 7 ft expected. * WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 9 AM CST this morning. For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to 2 PM CST this afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
