Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A rain and snow mix is expected with total snow accumulations of a trace to 2 inches. The highest amounts along a line from Marshfield to Clintonville to Green Bay to Kewaunee. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
