* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT /9 PM CDT/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Blowing dust can reduce visibility suddenly to zero, especially in
areas where bare fields exist. Gusty winds may blow around
unsecured objects.
