Southern Rockwall County in north central Texas... * Until 145 AM CST. * At 1046 PM CST, Thunderstorms producing heavy rain are ongoing across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are forecast. Flash flooding is already occurring with water rescues ongoing in and around the Mesquite area. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
