The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM to 7 PM CST Thursday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* Timing...For today, 11 AM until 7 PM today for the Red Flag
Warning. For Thursday, 10 AM until 7 PM for the Red Flag
Warning.

* Wind...For today, Southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45
mph. For Thursday, West to northwest at 20 to 25 mph with gusts
to 40 mph.

* Humidity...As low as 10 percent.

* Fuels...Dry.

* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
